Tennessee Youth Courts operates in 18 counties across Tennessee. Judges have approved establishing youth court programs in these locations. Counties marked by an asterisk (*) with a name listed are active programs. If no name is listed, the county is in the process of implementing the program.

In rural counties marked by two asterisks (**), judges often don’t have the staff to operate the program.
